Rates & Payment Terms
Prices are per room and are shown in £GBP including Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate.
English Rose Hotels reserve the right to increase or decrease rates at any time, without prior notice, in line with market demand. The total price of your stay will be confirmed at time of booking and, with the exception of errors, this price will not be adjusted.
For standard bookings (Best Available Web Rate) a non-refundable deposit - equal to the sum of your first nights stay - is required to secure your booking. This deposit will automatically be deducted from your credit or debit card at the time of booking with the outstanding balance of payment to be made to the hotel at time of check-in.
For special offers, full non-refundable pre-payment is required at time of booking, which will automatically be deducted from your debit or credit card at time of booking, unless stated otherwise.
Please be aware that some packages may have individual terms and payment requirements. Where this is the case, it will be clearly stated during the booking process
Any extra costs incurred during your stay must be settled on departure.
Cancelling Your Reservation
Should you wish to cancel your booking we regret that any payment made to date - including both deposits and instances where full pre-payment is required - is non-refundable.
For instances where a deposit has been paid, cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your date of arrival. For cancellations requested after this time the hotel reserves the right to make further charges. This includes non-arrivals.
Any alterations or amendments to your booking must be made by telephone and will incur a £25 admin fee. Alterations or amendments are subject to availability.
Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that any insurance cover you have provides adequate cover for your needs and for the duration of your stay.
